Organize your Life - Exercise Every Day



No. 2
 Exercise Every Day.

Yes, you read that correctly.
every.single.day.
No more 3x a week.
No more when I feel like it.
No more excuses!

Let's face it we are a sedentary culture, we move a lot less than previous generations, and we need to be more purposeful about getting exercise into our daily lives.

Now...for some good news.

This does not mean that you need to go to the gym every day or be running an hour a day.  This means a minimum of 30 minutes a day of activity.


So, how do you get active?

Stick with exercises and activities that you like to do.

Find accountability with a friend, group, class, or trainer.

Schedule your workouts like appointments that can't be rescheduled.

Track your exercise schedule and results in a log or journal.

Look for creative ways to build activity into your life.
(Ex-walking the dog, or jogging around the field during your child's practice)

Remind yourself of the benefits of making time for you health.
