Back in the day when I wore the hat of a manager...
I learned this important principle from Franklin Covey.
Have only one calendar period.
If you have multiple calendars you will run the risk of missing an appointment or not knowing what time something starts or even where something is located.
It is such a simple but critical way to organize your days, weeks, and months.
In addition, if you and your spouse both have calendars and they are electronic get them synced.
That way you both have both calendars at all times.
I am a huge fan of google calendars, but you have to use what works for you.
How do you maintain only one Calendar?
Decide first the form of calendar you prefer -
electronic, wall, desk, a carry with you notebook, or ?
Commit to updating your calendar daily or at the bare minimum once a week.
Check your calendar daily to avoid missing something.
If your current calendar is not working for ya, then change it!
How does your Calendar look? Do you only have one?
